Annual Chili Dump at Shelter. Sign up in Office 1 week in advance. Bring 1 pint of chili to mix with everyone else’s. Bring your own drink. We will provide everything else. Site Decorating Contest. Voting will be during Chili Dump, Trick or Treating to follow....
